Arryved Insider: Signing up and Managing your Account

Arryved Insider: Signing up and Managing your Account

How to be a Successful Insider

What is Insider?

If you are reading this, there is a good chance that your favorite local establishment has just started their Insider program with Arryved. This program will allow you to earn Loyalty Points with the establishment, and later redeem these for offers or rewards. You will get 1 point for every penny spent, not including taxes and tips. Eventually, your favorite watering hole will begin to offer ways to redeem those points for free beers, merchandise, or special event invitations. When these offers or rewards become available, be sure you are ready to pounce on the opportunity. The best way to be ready? Have a lot of points. The best way to get a lot of points? Buy a lot of beer.

How do I sign up?

There are two ways to sign up to be an Insider at your favorite place. The most straight-forward way is to sign up in the building. After you have closed out your check, you will be given the option to ENROLL IN LOYALTY when choosing what kind of receipt you want. Just enter your basic information here, and we will send you an email to confirm your enrollment.

For some of us, a trip to such a wonderful establishment leaves us unable to enter our information into the system properly by the time the check comes. If this is you, or you simply forgot during your last trip, you can sign up online at insider.arryved.com

Whichever sign up method you use, you will need to verify your email address in order to activate your account. The email should appear in your inbox fairly quickly, and you will just need to press the big purple VERIFY EMAIL button to proceed.

Viewing my Insider Accounts

Once you are signed up for Insider, you will be able to log in to the Insider Portal to see your points and offers. If you are a regular at multiple Arryved breweries, you can view all of your Insider profiles from one convenient place. As long as you use the same email address to sign up at every location, all of those profiles should be viewable at insider.arryved.com.

When you visit insider.arryved.com, you will be asked to enter in your email address. This needs to be the same email address that you used to signup for your Insider account. After entering that email, the system will prompt you for a 6-digit code. This code will have just been sent to your email. This process helps to keep your account secure, as it is harder to hack than a password.

Emails from Arrvyed

Once you are signed up for Arryved Insider, you will receive an email or two every time you stop in for a drink, if and only if, your tab is connected to your Insider account. Your bartenders should know how to do this, so just ask them if any problems arise with the process.

The first email you will receive after your visit will tell you how many points you earned for that visit. You will receive one point for every penny spent, not including taxes and tips. You may, if you so choose, also receive an email with your receipt attached. If you are signed up for Insider, Arryved will save your email in the system and offer it to you as an option for every receipt. In addition to these informational messages, your establishment may also choose to send out promotional offers via email. These offers can range from a discount on your tab, to a free beer or special event invitation. Keep an eye on your inbox to ensure you do not miss anything good! If you are missing an email you should have received, please check your Junk/Spam folder, as well as the Updates tab if you are using Gmail.

Leaving Arryved Insider

If you decide it is time to leave your Insider programs, there are a few different ways you can go about this, depending on your specific preferences. If you want to still be a part of the program, but do not want emails about it, you can UNSUBSCRIBE. If you want to leave the program altogether, you can OPT-OUT of the program in which case we will delete your account, but will still retain some of your account information for statistical and reporting purposes. If you would like to be completely forgotten by our system, you can submit a FORGET ME request through the insider portal. Whichever path you take, it may take 2 business days to process your request. More details about each option are below:

Unsubscribe - Stop receiving email offers from a specific merchant.

You can submit an Unsubscribe request from the consumer facing support form - accessible through insider.arryved.com & linked in offer emails. To unsubscribe from the Insider Portal, click on SUPPORT in the bottom left corner, scroll to the bottom of the next page, and then press CONTACT OUR SUPPORT TEAM. You will be given a form to fill out so that we can help you as expediently as possible.

If you choose to unsubscribe from emails, but remain in the Insider Program, there are a few things you should be aware of:

  • You will not be able to redeem your points for emailed offers, only for reward items.

  • This does NOT unsubscribe you from other Arryved emails (i.e. email verification, receipts, point accrual, etc.)

  • If you are signed up for, and want to unsubscribe from, multiple accounts at different breweries, you must submit an unsubscribe request for each individual merchant. One request does not subscribe from all Insider accounts.

  • If you want to unsubscribe from the Merchant's marketing emails, please reach out directly to your merchant to have them take you off their list.

Opt-out - Cancel Arryved Insider membership with a specific merchant.

  • Consumers can Opt-out of programs at insider.arryved.com. Just login to the portal, and click on the OPT-OUT button in the bottom left corner of the page.

  • When you use this link, your request will be submitted and processed instantly by our system.

  • You will lose all accumulated points and saved offers for the selected merchant(s).

  • This action cannot be undone.

  • Account (including transaction history) will not be deleted, just put into an Opted-Out status and will no longer be visible to the merchant.

Forget Me - Remove Personal Identifying Information

  • You can submit a Forget Me request through the same Support Form we discussed in the UNSUBSCRIBE section.

  • We will retain all transaction data as part of our legal requirements as a payment processor, but your Personal Identifying Information (including name, phone number, and email address) will be removed.

  • This action cannot be undone.

What do I do if I have questions?

If and/or when you have questions about the functions of the Insider program, your first resource will be the establishment itself. The bartenders and servers there should be able to answer most of the questions that you will run into.

If they are not able to meet your needs, you can reach Arryved directly through your Insider Portal. In the bottom left corner, there is a button labeled SUPPORT. Clicking on this will give you a brief FAQ that we hope will answer your questions. If that fails as well, feel free to contact the support team through the link provided and let us know what issues are going on. We will respond within 48 hours to let you know how we can assist you moving forward.

This list of FAQs is the same as what is within the Insider Portal, but is posted here as well for easy access.
